On July 17^th, the day dedicated to Saint Marina, an important festival takes place and on this occasion the Thrapsano Potter’s Celebration takes place too, in order to honor the potters of the village, who continue their work around Thrapsano in an extremely dynamic way, which retains the long tradition of pottery. The events last for three days. There are exhibitions and a music fest in the courtyard of the school.
