Monastiraki
A small settlement, located in the province of Monofatsi, which probably hides an unknown to us story behind the name Monastiraki. It is located 42 km from Heraklion, at an altitude of 240 meters, following the way Arkalohori – Voutoufou – Kato Poulies – Monastiraki.
Monastiraki is a small but lively village, where you can find traditional taverns known for their good food. You can also visit the green and beautiful small park created by the Cultural Association of the village.
